How can I register for a class?
All registrations are done via website. Please go back to the homepage and click “Join A Class” find the class you want and click on it to register and submit payment.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. If you need to reschedule you offer a one-time free reschedule.
If I miss a class can I get a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, we do offer a one-time rescheduling option at no extra charge. Subsequent reschedules will incur a nominal fee.
How do I pay for a class?
Payment is done at the same time you register for a class done via credit or debit card on the payment screen. Sorry money orders and checks/cash are NOT accepted!
Who can I contact for help with technical issues for online learning?

Do you offer onsite training courses?

Yes, we offer private classes and sessions on weekends only. For more information and pricing please email us.
What is the difference between First Aid CPR AED and Basic Life Support Provider training?
If you are a healthcare student or healthcare employee, you will take a healthcare level CPR training course, also known as Basic Life Support training (BLS).
First Aid CPR AED training is for individuals in fields such as childcare, teaching, manufacturing, construction, etc. Always check with your college or employer if you are unsure what course to take.
What is required for a Blended Learning Course?
Once you register for a CPR training course, we will send the blended learning through the online learning system within 24 hours.
You will receive an email with course details including who the online learning comes from in that email, so be on the lookout for this!
BLS Courses: Two hours on average for online learning
First Aid CPR AED Courses: Three hours on average for online learning
What About if I cannot be on the floor for skills (CPR)?

How long is the certification good for?
All CPR certifications are valid for two years.
What’s the best way to renew my CPR training certification?
If you are renewing your certification, it’s best to take a blended learning course. This involves an online portion, which is completed on your own time before in-class learning, and then an in-person skills class. This ensures you receive updated information on a variety of topics in an effective manner.
When will I get my certification?
We process all certifications once per day after all classes for that day have concluded.
You will receive an email from the American Red Cross (Training Support) Claim-Your-E-Card.
