Instructor Training Course

Dear Valued Participants,

We appreciate your commitment to enhancing your life-saving skills through our First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Course. To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, we kindly request your attention to the following important policies:

Preparation for the Course: To streamline the in-person session, we require a 2-hour online component by the American Red Cross to be completed before attending the 6.5-hour in-person class. It is imperative to possess a current Basic Level Certification (Adult/Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, Basic Life Support Provider, or Lifeguard Certification) before registration.

Please email your Basic Level Certification to info@pulsepointmn.com no later than 2 days before the scheduled class. Failure to provide this certification will result in no refund, no reschedule, and exclusion from the class.

Cost: $295.00 per person for the Instructor Training Course.

Refund Policy: Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds. Rescheduling is offered based on the policy outlined below.

Rescheduling Policy: Each student is allowed to reschedule only once, provided it is done 5 days in advance of the originally scheduled course.

To reschedule, email info@pulsepointmn.com with your name, email address, original class details, and course name. Reschedules are subject to seat availability and course scheduling.

Registered for the Wrong Class: Refunds are not issued once you register, as courses have different costs associated with the online portion and/or certification. Ensure you understand the course details before registering. Reach out to your employer, Human Resources, or college for clarification.

Emergency Situations: If you have an emergency situation and are not able to attend class unfortunately we do not give refunds for no shows under any circumstance.

Late Arrival: To maintain the schedule, prompt arrival is crucial. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes late. If you arrive later you may be denied entry into the course. No refunds will be given for those who miss class.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, allowing us to provide a valuable and organized learning experience for all participants.

Sincerely, PulsePointMN Team.
